PROJECT: BUDWEISER

IMPACT: UNEXPECTED MUSIC DRIVEN COLLAB. BRAND HEAT THAT REACHED BEYOND NORMAL CORE CONSUMERS.

When designing the Skullcandy Budweiser collection “Own the Night”, we knew we wanted to represent a youthful energy that captures the feeling of going out in the city, bouncing around to all the exclusive hot spots and dancing the night away with friends.

 

We used a combination of materials and color choices to bring that feeling to life on the product. We wanted materials that could play with light and bring the mood of a playfully lit club or dance floor. Reflective and transparent materials all play well with light and captured the feeling we were going for. The Budweiser Red portrays confidence and brings the attention to the product that someone carries with them on a night out. These details are set in black which represents the night – mysterious, unknown, sophisticated, and powerful.
